These training programs are preparation courses designed for the EDPNA examination. This training is not a certification, credential, or license. NADR does not certify or license representatives. Only the Social Security Administration determines eligibility for EDPNA status through its official examination process.
The EDPNA (Eligible for Direct Payment Non-Attorney) exam is administered by the Social Security Administration to certify non-attorney representatives. Passing this exam allows you to represent claimants in Social Security disability cases and receive direct payment of fees.
Our comprehensive program runs for 6 weeks, with live virtual sessions held twice per week. Each session is approximately 2 hours, giving you ample time to absorb the material and ask questions.
While there are no formal prerequisites for our training, we recommend having some familiarity with the Social Security disability process. Our program is designed to take you from foundational knowledge to exam readiness.
Your enrollment includes comprehensive study guides, practice exams, access to recorded sessions, and supplemental materials. You'll also receive a digital workbook with exercises aligned to each module.
Our sessions are scheduled to align with SSA testing windows. Spaces fill up quickly.
